It is recommended that you print off a copy of this agreement when you purchase a product from the site as we do not keep a copy of the individual agreement between you and us.
Please note you can only purchase products from this website if you are over 18. Products are supplied worldwide, except where there are international trade restrictions, but some products are only listed for supply within Germany and the EU as our policy.
In this Agreement 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to ratatosk-leder.de and 'you' and 'your' refers to you as the customer.
No contract comes into force between you and us until we accept your order.
Prices are in € and payment has to be in €. Any price information in another currency is for guidance. Your financial services card provider will make the currency exchange (at their rate) for you if you are buying in another currency.
Please note ratatosk-leder.de never sees your financial details in the payment process and we do not hold any of your financial details on file. ratatosk-leder.de will not pass any information about you to any other party. We respect your right to privacy.
Upon payment we will send you an Acknowledgement, and once we have checked we can meet your order we will start work.
All products unless stated otherwise are professionally hand crafted in Rhineland-Palatinate (Germany).
