Leather carving: Leather colours
Leather carvings can be coloured in order to accentiate it more.For this, various kinds of colours are at your disposal.
For example:
Black leather tint
Arcyilic-leather-paints
Oil-based dyes
or effect-colours
like silver or gold.
However, the colour should only
underline the leather carving
and never ruin it.
If you were to entirely coat it with colour,
then one may never be able to tell
that the material is in fact leather.
Subtle dying is preferable,
as well the creation of contrasts.
